If your primary vet is from our institution and it is experiencing some minor health issues, you can contact us for your inquiries. However, please note that we may not provide you definite answers to some of your questions. Often, your vet needs to examine your pet and run some tests to determine the best course of action.
Yes. Contacting us will not cost you anything.
Since we attend to clients who have pre-scheduled appointments with us first, we cannot guarantee that a vet can see your dog. You may also have to wait since we are often fully booked. We recommend that you first contact us by phone during a true emergency. Visit our page on our Emergency Services to know what constitutes an urgent visit to our vet clinic or hospital. For non-emergency situations, it is best that you schedule an appointment instead.
The costs of our veterinary services vary on several factors. For example, a routine check costs $50 for smaller animals, such as rabbits and cats, and $250 for large-breed dogs. Factors that affect costs include your pet's age, size, breed, weight, existing medical conditions, etc. We will be happy to inform you of our rates for our veterinary services when you contact us.
We request payments be made as services are rendered. This allows us to continue focusing on your pet’s needs and delivering high-quality care and service to your pet. In case your pet requires surgery, we will provide you with estimates.
We accept payments via cash and major credit cards. Many of our services can also be covered by pet insurance. For more information about our financing options, please contact us.
